In today's culture, every person is running only and only for earning money. They are facing lot of problems and stress which can be related to office, home, wife, son, etc. There are a lot of different situations in which more focus and improved cognitive function would prove beneficial. It would allow you to get more done in a shorter amount of time, and come up with unique solutions to problems that you might not be able to otherwise.
There are a number of ways to relax yourselves from this runway life. If you will not relax your selves, you can earn life's good experience. so please follow my tips to increase the power of your brain by relaxing yourselves. these are following ways:
1. Exercise
Do exercise every day. It is not compulsory to do exercise 2 to 3 hours per day, you should only give 10 minutes to your exercise and not to do hard exercise only light exercise like push-ups, jumping, pull-ups, cardiology, etc.
2. Yoga & Meditation
Do Yoga every day. It will relax you from other tensions or problems. you can choose any yoga only daily basis like I do Hatha Yoga (Kapal Bhati), releasing stress and anxiety (anulom-vilom). It will increase your life.
3. Listening
You can listen to music any which you like to relax your mind for some time. You can also listen the sound of sea, river, rain, OM mantra, they will also give the best experience to relax and increase your brain power
4. Drink Coffee
According to the health organization a person who drink one cup coffee everyday on daily basis, he is more active than other people who don't drink coffee at least one time in a day. So, guys, you can also use coffee to increase your brain power.
5. Schedule Sleeping Time
According to the doctors, every person should sleep for 7-8 hours every day. It is also helpful to you to get more active to you and your brain. If you will not schedule your sleeping time then you will generate stress in yourselves. You should take a power nap in a daylight time to become active.
6. Be Positive
Above these terms will work at the time when you become positive from your mind and heart. these exercise help you to build yourselves and your future. So guys, be positive and be relax. one time you will start to think only and only positive and will make your habit to become positive anybody can't stop you to get success in your life.
